Whitechapel Estate Listed Buildings

We have won planning approval and listed building consent to revert 25 early Victorian houses in Whitechapel back into family homes. The houses, 21 of which are listed, were until recently used by the Royal London Hospital as treatment centres, offices and staff accommodation.

Our scheme treats each house individually, providing a tailored design for each. Our guiding principle for the scheme was to retain and restore the best of the past whilst adapting the buildings to suit twenty first century living. We have used discrete interventions to create generous, light filled family spaces that flow out into gardens.
