Fashion Street Offices

A new 20,000 square foot, single tenant office created by building a three storey extension above an existing 1970s Warehouse. The back of the building faces onto the grounds the a GI listed Christ Church Spitalfields. It’s architecture references the stripped back, warehouses of the nineteenth century that characterise this part of London.
